Upon Booking:

Once you book your counselling session online or over the phone you will receive an email notification of the date and time of your session. (Note: The timezone is Central Standard Time)

Beginning a Counselling Session:

At the time of your session you will open the reminder email and click on the “begin your online appointment” button to access the virtual video app. If it is a phone session, I will call you at the time of your session. Next, we will introduce ourselves and pray.

Structure of Marriage Counselling Sessions:

Initial Session: In this session we will focus on what brings you to counselling and the history of your relationship.

Session two and three: In these sessions I will talk to both of you separately to understand you both as individuals. I will review the information gained through our sessions and go through things with you in session four.

Session four: In this session, we will discuss areas to improve on and where the relationship is strong.

Session five: We will review progress.

  • Great-West Life

  • Manulife

  • Treaty Mental Health Benefits— Health Canada (Non-insured Health Benefits)
